Create a captivating spring garden with rare Snow Fire tulips. Featuring mesmerizing curled and frilled blooms streaked with red and white, these tulip flowers stand out in any garden. The Dutch-sourced perennials reach a height of 18 inches and have strong stems that can withstand heavy rain. When these tulips mature, the blooms open up to an outstanding 10 inches in diameter and are enhanced by silver-edged foliage, making them a highlight in your landscape.

These tulips flourish in climate hardiness zones 3 to 8. Find a spot where the tulips (Tulipa parrot 'Doortje Hes') will receive full or partial sun and plant them in well-drained clay, loamy or sandy soil. For the best results, place the tulip bulbs 6 inches deep and 3 to 6 inches apart. Plant these brilliant tulips in the fall for splendid late spring blooms.

Add Snow Fire tulip bulbs to an artfully arranged formal garden or plant them en masse along the borders of walkways and paths. You can plant the tulips in flower beds with cosmos, hostas, peonies and other varieties of tulips for a splendid arrangement. Create splashes of colour by scattering masses of these Dutch tulip bulbs in meadows and fields. Enjoy a spectacular display with the cheerful Snow Fire tulip.
