For each offer ordered, get 1A Cranberry Crush Hardy Perennial Hibiscus Exotic increases the appealing look of your garden during late summer and early fall. The plant's enormous, glossy, ruffled crimson flowers and deep green, lush foliage make a bold statement when set against the bright, bold colours of your summer flowers.
Suitable for hardiness zones 4 to 9, the cranberry hibiscus, Hibiscus moscheutos, is native to North America and thrives in well drained, moist soil in full sun to partial shade. It's perennial and needs to be cut back in early spring before the leaves shoot. This prolific producer of flowers looks amazing posed against a white wall, along a garden path where it's easily seen, or even in the centre of your lawn.
The Cranberry Crush hibiscus grows up to 36 inches tall and has a spread of 48 to 60 inches, making it ideal as a standalone plant or part of an attractive hedge if you want to section off part of your summer garden for privacy. Hummingbirds adore the flowers, but the plant is not attractive to deer. Choose the Cranberry Crush Hardy Perennial Hibiscus Exotic with its 7 to 8 inch burgundy blooms for a dazzling display.
